The tailhook was designed to get you up and down the tree quickly and quietly. Its light and made of 100% TPU (think the soles of your boots) so it won't break or rip that crazy expensive coat you spent months donating plasma just to be able to afford! Its stiff enough it doesn't give under load. If Cougar had one, he might have kept his wings and gone off to TOPGUN (look it up kids).

Its big enough to fit most platforms on the market with 1" opening and a 1.5" hook. Remember it flexes so it can fit even more than this. Attaches to any saddle with PALS/MOLLE webbing at the top. Does not fit Tethrd GRIT Workhorse.

Can I carry my platform from the truck this way? No problem.
